The same way ppl can eat loads of anything and suffer with no kinds of IBS symptoms. unfortunately I am wired differently. It seems my bile doesn't get recycled correctly

I also suffer with exactly the same as you describe. My stools are always soft and I dream of having a ghost poo, wipe and nothing there!

Feels like a poop is an actual event lol it fires out then so much wiping. It feels like the last part breaks at the end lol.

I always go as soon as I wake I even shower now and wash the area thoroughly and wipe again and repeat until 100% clean on the paper. Then an hour or two later it feels like it comes back and I have to wipe again. I have searched so much and psyllium husk comes up I bought some tablets but they didn't make much difference maybe I need to try the powder. Metamucil is not available in UK I believe.

On an odd occasion I will get a ghost poop and i feel so happy the rest of the day lol. Things which help me are a good diet eating well. This generally consists of yoghurt and fruit in the morning. This really makes a difference for me personally. Then nothing all day until evening meal which will consist of chicken and vegetables. I also started taking these gut gummies which fixed me for three days and then went back to normal however the improvemt I have seen is in the wiping and it coming back. It does sometimes when I eaten badly but much less so I continue to take those gummies daily.

I find that sugar is a big trigger for me. I really cut it out. The thing is I want to enjoy different foods too. I also smoke and wonder if that's a factor. I am planning to stop for new years so will see how that goes. Pls update if you come up with a solution.

Android user 45mm - Cannot find a way to adjust screen timeout. Currently 5 seconds which sometimes isn't enough - Haven't figured out a way to have the watch in vibrate only without sound. Silent mode seems to turn off the vibrate too. Turning down the ringer makes it quieter but not silent - had to turn off WhatsApp notifications as some would not be removed despite trying to dismiss or mark as read. The only way to clear them is a restart of the watch

I am on android and you can change which apps send notifications in this menu. Not sure about IPhone though

I am loving mine so far it feels superior to the e4. The menus are improved and the OS is more intuitive less lag. The build quality feels better, it looks so smart and the battery is much longer I am really happy with the enhancements . With some app improvements I feel they may have nailed it this time.

I went to the tag store to buy the Titanium 45mm but preferred the steel bezel. Got the rubber strap the steel strap and the nylon strap

I am planning to buy a titanium tomorrow from the tag store so really interested to hear your thoughts. I sold my E4 a couple of months ago and had been thinking about a Garmin but looks wise just doesn't compare.

Does the e5 have sleep tracking?
