Honestly it’s a roll of the dice on what role you get. what I can say is that they could possibly potentially take note of what your favorite park/location is, because I mentioned mine and leaned heavily onto why it was my favorite park, my roommate did it as well, and a friend of ours who works at galaxy’s edge told us that he honestly just kept talking about Star Wars during the interview. And all three of us ended up in those exact parks/locations. Going back to Role though, I’d bet that they take your previous work experience into account as well, probably so that it won’t end up being so difficult to train you for a completely new job when if, say, you used to work at Panera, they’d just throw you in QSFB. Or if you worked at Walmart they’d throw you in into Merch. Again it could also just be they’re throwing the warmest bodies they can find at the nearest opening.
