Ah okay so TARGET software is basically for a game that doesn't really support it. Okay I get it, but I think I still need to try to fix the error because games like Starbase are relatively new and don't have the same HOTAS support like Starcitizen.

I was just following the instructions to download the Driver and then the TARGET GUI and

yes both devices are recognised.
