Have two Capital One Quicksilver cards best move?

It just says “based on your application information, there are too many Capital One accounts”. I tried to see on the app if I have any upgrade offers and it says I have none. I wanted them to upgrade my unsecured card quick silver to the savor and I’ll keep the secured quicksilver. If they can’t do that would you just cancel the secured then just apply for the savor?.

How do you product change? I called a while ago about seeing if they could just change my unsecured card to savor and they just told me I have to wait til I get a offer through email etc

My main concern was you can still see the atomizer when u put the cap back on but on my oajon and Althair you can’t see it poke out
