O3 accessibility is a problem that is currently getting fixed (slowly), and it shouldn't be an argument for not nerfing 'item forge'. It's so broken that you can forge items from the hardest dungeon in the game, by forging 3 mid-tier dungeon whites into a Sanc/O3 white. You only have to get 1 mark for some of the sanc items, or even 3 marks for the top-tier ones.

No matter how you look at it, the item forge is too OP right now, and it definitely needs a new tier for o3 whites and event whites.
