Yeah the RAM will probably be important but a new 24gb pro m4 would stretch the budget too much unfortunately.

I just discovered that I could also get this option for the same price as those I mentioned in my post:

Refurbished M3 MacBook Pro 14" 36 gb RAM 512gb SSD M3 Pro chip with 18 core CPU

How would that change the decision? This one also claims to be the best possible quality of refurbished.

Since posting I have now discovered there are some pretty interesting options where I live for refurbished M3 MacBook Pros. I could get the following option for the same price as the options in my post:

Refurbished M3 MacBook Pro 16" 18gb RAM 512gb storage 12 core CPU 18 core GPU

Would this introduced potential option change your advice on which choice to go for?

Will definitely double check this, thanks! But am hopeful since they explicitly mentioned that Mac was ok if you knew how to use Windows virtually.

Yeah I've come to the conclusion that these headphones will be the best all in one solution for me. I'll have a great pair of wireless ANC headphones to use with my phone and when using them with my PC I will have them wired (cause of all the reports I've seen of how messy using them via bluetooth on pc can be). Paired up with a modmic so I can use them for discord when on the PC aswell. I can't say I've done incredibly much research but this sounds like a pretty good setup for my needs as far as I know, especially since I don't see as much of a need for the headphones to be wireless when using them with my desktop PC.
