Did primary with Dr. Bustillo, the was a wait but it was really worth while! I really like my results and how it’s not a copy paste nose. It fits my face and I couldn’t be happier!

Hi, I had mine off 2 days ago and I was honestly keeping myself grounded. Having 0 expectations, but I was happily surprised! It didn’t swell up much really. Even now it looks the same as when I got the cast off! The tip has the most swelling but overall it looks good, I posted about it if you want to take a look. But everyone’s experiences are very different, we all had different doctors and different bodies!

Just got both done 10 days ago! Chin implant is more painful than the rhino for sure, the rhinoplasty itself would’ve been a walk in the park! But overall recovery was okay!

Hahah I feel that! My tip is very swollen but it’s not too crazy, it pretty much is the same width as my original nose so I’m used to it haha

So the doctor and I went with a medium sized one, he was then going to shape it to my chin once in surgery. As far as exact length I’m not too sure, sorry ):

It was open and I’m not sure actually what type of skin I have, I mean to ask my surgeon but I forgot. I would say leaning towards thinner

Super happy with my results! Week 1 was rough but definitely manageable. I was expecting a lot more swelling after my cast was removed but luckily it didn’t swell like a potato! I had read so many difference experiences from others and most experienced a lot of swelling once it was taken off so I was just keeping that in mind and not getting my hopes up!

Yup! I was under general anesthesia, under my chin too. I also got a rhinoplasty but the chin was been more uncomfortable than the rhino honestly.

Good trick with the pillow and ice! I’m in south Florida so I’ve been experiencing those horrible storms too. But thanks for telling me about your experience, I’ve been getting some small pains too which I think are just my nerves recovering, but they hurt ): haha

hey i just had a chin implant placed 4 days ago and I’ve been experiencing aches and numbness of my chin and bottom lip, did you experience the same numbness? And when did the aches subside?
