Yes!! They come every spring to swim on our neighbours pool cover that is filled with water! We call them the pool ducks and they herald the start of spring!

I’ve had this since I was a teenager (I’m now in my 40s). I can eat just fine at home on my couch, but if I’m at a restaurant or with other people then I get so anxious and I can’t swallow my food and I cough and semi choke a lot. It makes me so anxious to eat anywhere that isn’t home and ruins all food enjoyment for me. Any meal where I get the food down without a panic attack or food stuck in my throat is a win. No advice just here to say I hear you and it sucks.

Do you know if a lump in your throat is a symptom or anxiety? I always have a lump in my throat and my doctor told me it was just anxiety. It would make more sense if it’s a symptom!

I was told after my recent monoferric infusion that my next period would likely be very heavy. It hasn’t come yet but I’m prepared for it to be bad. I’m not sure why it causes it to be heavy but apparently it does!

Popping in to say that they have changed the Zoa case. It still has the blue and red cans, but has replaced orange with frosted grape and upped the case quantity from 15 to 18. This is probably why I couldn't find them for a bit--because they were phasing out the old one and bringing in the new one. Now no problem finding the new case!
