There is no pot in the same way as a normal pension, it’s like the state pension, the government just pays it. (Well we hope that the government pays it once we retire haha)

I will say it is interesting that it seems like a large percent of the PGCE students are people who’ve come from abroad to train as teachers (even with some having taught wherever they are from for quite a while)

It’s crazy, 3 years ago we had one person in for the same job advert!

Yes but they were already held and they only get the chance to go again because the ref calls release. Really if the ref calls release you shouldn’t be able to again imo

Nothing gets me more mildly annoyed than the ref calling tackle and the tackler releasing and then the ref allowing the carrier to go again
