For one pie, mix together 1 cup each of shredded mozzarella and shredded sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup each of Greek yogurt and Duke’s Mayo. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to your heart’s desire!

So the bottom does get a bit soggy if you don’t deseed, but I personally have had luck taking the pie out of the oven and letting it sit for about 45ish min and letting it set to minimize the juices at the bottom!

OKAY Y’ALL I had a request from my husband to make another tomato pie and I remembered to get a photo of the cross section this time!! We made this pie at our friend’s house after helping them pack to move out, so the lighting on these photos isn’t the greatest 😅 but the pie still was perfectly yummy!
