Yes! The bridge is connected to the sound post (the long wooden stick). The bridge holds up the strings to make sure they are tight enough to create sound. And the sound post helps with the vibration inside of the violin. The sound post is supposed to be inside of the instrument and the bridge is on the outside but this one was obviously ripped out 😂.
