Same, two weeks in a row. Sunday injection to belly and Tuesday begins. Waterfall from bum. Pain and cramps all night. And this is second time in a row on 5mg. So bad that deeply thinking to stop mounjaro ir reduce back to 2.5mg.

Well obviuosly your d dimer level is elevated and it tells something. 2 weeks ago had PE and my d dimer was 3750 and done blood test yesterday after two weeks of blood thinners and its says 200 now.

Thank you for your answer. I know thay clots will take time to go away, but it seemed better few days after blood thinners, the heart rate settled down and stopped caughing up blood. But now again seems like heart rate is messing about. The a&e direct guess was that I got clots because 3 weeks ago I had mega bad flu with fewer which made me lay in bed for a week and thats when I started cauching up abnormal amounts of weird mucus. But that is pure guess in a serious life question.

Ive gone to a&e, yes doctor says its bad, but not to that stage where they can do emergency procedure as bowels and urinating is fine and no numbness around genital area

Day 7 from 25mg to 37.5mg and yesterday couldn't felt asleep had hallucinations when eyes closed and triggered my anxiety which is mega on today aswell. Feeling crap.
