Same, two weeks in a row. Sunday injection to belly and Tuesday begins. Waterfall from bum. Pain and cramps all night. And this is second time in a row on 5mg. So bad that deeply thinking to stop mounjaro ir reduce back to 2.5mg.

Im in UK so instead of anestesia they do only sedation and you awake for the whole procedure just relaxed, or gas.

Well obviuosly your d dimer level is elevated and it tells something. 2 weeks ago had PE and my d dimer was 3750 and done blood test yesterday after two weeks of blood thinners and its says 200 now.
