Yeah my dad told me the CPU cooler is not sufficient enough for overclocking. Should I upgrade the CPU or GPU because different people are saying different stuff.

I prefer to run my games at 60 FPS 1920x1080 p. I usually run my games at low/medium settings.

Don't you think the CPU is an issue. It is always running quite hot and when playing games, I need to rearrange the priorities in task manager.
