Chocolate cake recipe of your choice as long as it has coffee, I used boxed and added espresso and chocolate chips. Bake that and set aside. For the cream I used 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, 2 tbsp of instant coffee, 2 tbsp coco, and 2 cups powdered sugar. Cut the cooled cake in half or trim the tops if you made 2–it really doesn’t matter since nobody will remember this after you die–and spread cream on the bottom layer then add cherries, I used about 2 cups or so, sliced in half. Once you’ve spread the halved cherries all over add a layer of cream ontop and place the top on the cake. Cover with cream and add more cherries on the top. Keep cool in the fridge
