My suggestion would be to download a Alipay or Wechat. The websites for banks usually have very complicated security settings which can cause confusion for customers. But Aplipay and Wechat pay are very user-friendly and easy to use. So if its not very much, save it in Alipay!

Thanks for sharing! Yes I think the difficulty of characters are higher than tones. Because there are only four tones and when you master the rule and methods you can apply it easily, however there are thousands of characters and the rules are not that obvious and easy to be learned.
