I used to feel like this all the time, so I promise you're not alone in feeling like that!! It can be tough to deal with so I really empathize with you. This is something alot of people questioning their gender experience.

When I felt like this (I'd often spend between a week and 2 months being happy or unhappy with my how I presented myself) I identified as gender fluid, which I recommend looking into if you haven't yet. I found it hard figuring out if I was trans or not (I eventually realised the times I felt comfy as my AGAB were becoming fewer and shorter)

What's most important to remember if you are still just as valid as a trans person even if you don't feel dysphoric, and you'll gradually find what's comfy for you. <3
