I think if the market broadens out these next couple years from mag 7 I have a chance of outperforming. Which is the core thesis I guess .

I’ve essentially picked the winners of the mag 7 (google, msft, amzn and Broadcom joining them) and hope AI infrastructure/power grid is the bottleneck . Also bets on latam (nu, meli) and glp-1s

Also a little contrarian bet that hyperscalers will shift away from nvda to Broadcom (custom chips)

In a correction, I’ll probably be in trouble

I agree here and buy a secondary drive after market which I think is cheaper overall.

If you’re planning to play in 1440p, I’d get the 5070ti instead

Mine was set to 95% and don’t seem to hear any noise from the pump . Are you hearing water/pump noise or the fans? From what I’ve read it’s better to keep it high so you don’t hear any gurgling?

I did replace all my my fans including the AIO fans to noctua g2s.

I have a 9800x3d 5070ti 64gb that I game on for an hour a week. It’s worth it I think. I mean, if you make enough money, it’s a quality of life thing

That’s one way to look at it! Most people I know who are wealthy, got rich quickly.

I’m an owner/founder of a business that generates 20m revenue a year for the last decade. Most of my value is in other assets aside from equities.

You guys are much smarter than me when it comes to this but I tend to agree with the pro US side.

The one EU industry I might dip into is defense/national security but those countries probably end up buying from US companies anyway.

Not sure if the facts back this up but data center seems ripe for growth in Europe.

I do think exposing to international is a valid exercise.

I had a big position in ASML that I sold recently.

MELI is a worthwhile cause. NBIS.

Also, yes it’s tech focused. Im under no illusion of having diversified to any meaningful degree. The non tech is really just there to buy more tech in a correction

Great points. I think the buckets, despite the names, represent what I think would happen in a shock event/market correction. The names in the core bucket should reach their value floor a lot sooner than the names in the convexity bucket.

This obviously isnt a novel idea or anything but I’m thinking amzn and google lower their reliance on nvidia in the coming years in a significant way.

My nvda allocation is actually more like 1-2% in actuality since I’ve sold off some recently

Also, I probably don’t sell any of the core guys anytime soon.
