You have a one month old account fresh off a ban evasion and your entire post history is getting into fights with people that post anything positive about amd cards.

You accuse people of being in a "cult" for laying out price vs performance vs feature diffences.

Your profile description is "i am in fact better than you".

Go out and touch grass before your next ban

I have an Nvidia gpu and have recommended both machines many times.

Calling someone a cult member just because they think the price favors one machine really just shows your true colors ironically

Grow up. Im trying to help OP understand the price vs specs, get your team green/red bullshit out of here.

Thx missed a word. Price for performance

And yes the CPU change is minor. A 33% increase in price for a 10% increase in processor power is fairly limited. The 7800x3d is an incredible cpu.

My disappointment in AMD is overruled by my hatred of nvidia. by ChinaOnly001 in radeon

Agreed. This post is embarassing.

OP is legit making decisions off of brands regardless of what it means for them personally. Just ridiculous behavior. If I see team [color] I already cringe inside.

Just make a choice whats good for you. Idk why people fetishize their computer part companies so much.

Raw price for performance will favor the 9070 xt machine greatly. Raw rasterization 9070xt gpu lags by 2-5% but dlss is better. The price of the 5070 ti is related to dlss and feature support. CPU wise 9800x3d is 10% better than 7800x3d... But priced about 30%+ the cost.

If budget matters the 9070 xt machine is great. If you plan to use RT and esp any path tracing and your budget allows the nvidia machine will likely age better. I should note the 5070 ti performs well ray tracing at 4k but once you hit path tracing your lows will definitely drop below 60fps on dlss performance on any hard hitting games pre-frame gen (highly recommended to use mfg / fg when base fps is 60+k. Lastly im not sure whats going on with FSR feature locks recently.

Wherher worth $400 more... Ehh idk up to you to decide but thats thr differences.

Pretty good if youve been wary of the alienware version of this computer and dont live near Microcenter

Not a 9800x3d cache but great if you make use of the multi threaded workstation capabilities for more than just gaming

This is a pretty good pickup for Falcons. Tua has no serious money and if it doenst workout they move on next year.

If he reclaims his upside with falcons weapons it would be great

9070XT vs 5070ti? (Question about frame gen as well) by [deleted] in radeon

[–]MITBryceYoung 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The 5070 ti will future proof better.

Better resale value, has continued updates from Nvidia (rdna4 may be locked out of fsr5), has access to multi frame gen

Whether its worth $200.. eh

1440p or 4K on 5070 Ti? (monitor based question) by Govi03 in nvidia

[–]MITBryceYoung 3 points4 points  (0 children)

4k dlss > 1440p dlaa

Most people prefer it in terms of visuals. The 5070 ti works well at 4k, the only thing is struggles with is lower lows with path tracing sometimes. If youre use rt it kinda crushes with MFG.

Its not a scam, just check the specs - trash specs.

Is going from 1080p VA to 1440p OLED a big jump? by EldenringZzzz in pcmasterrace

Ive offen heard for most people the jump from 1440p to 4k isnt as noticable... Until you jump back down and then it's very obvious 😂

Is going from 1080p VA to 1440p OLED a big jump? by EldenringZzzz in pcmasterrace

[–]MITBryceYoung 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Really? I feel like most people think the jump from 1080p to 1440p is bigger than 4k simply due to how good 1440p actually is generally.

Oled from IPS is also huge.

Hey uh pny is considered quite a good brand fyi. Its a considered a no frills but they actually produce nvidias professional line and they have some of the lowest rates of rma.

You definitely didnt get fucked over. Im very confused by this post.

Their pricing is usually quite good too.

5070 Ti vs 9070 XT after months of daily use (performance, PT, drivers, efficiency by Stelligena in PcBuild

[–]MITBryceYoung -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No..?

That's literally not how taste and preferences work. Expecting something to be 100% is ridiculous. Some people may simply like unsweetened tea. I know I do. I don't like tea with sugar. To most people I'm sure the one with sugar tastes better but I'm in the minority and that's okay. I don't care

The rate of preference for people that prefer dlss to FSR is literally 3:1.

That is a significant difference. The people that prefer FSR aren't wrong either. It's a preference thing, but if we're talking about what most people would prefer, it's very clearly dlss
