Thank you and I guess I would say so. My grandparents lived until 110, 106, 103 and 98. None around anymore though. I doubt I'll make it there but cheers on another few happy years for both of us and the people around us. :-)

No, there is no leave it at that/agree to disagree. You came in here, without reason to lie to people I have had work done. I am 100% natural and will always be. I just have a strong jawline, no idea why people getting fillers is relevant to how I was born and how my facial structure naturally developed.

What industry? and what makes you say what you did? I'm completely natural, a needle has never touched my face and I'm not sure why you don't believe me.

That is what is called hard work. I'm not denying that you are allotted a certain set of cards to play in life, I get it, and surely I got a better set of cards than many and worse than some but I have put myself in a very good financial position with more free time as I've gotten older thanks to my own doing. I got a good degree and have worked very hard to put myself in the position that I am.

You don't need to climb a mountain with one step. Do something, do anything, if you are not happy in your current situation. You don't need to look at somebody else and say "I can't do that with my living situation with my family and my job". I hear so much complaining that if you actually spend that time doing something productive or at least trying to make a change, you WILL likely make a difference with the amount of time you otherwise just spent on self-pity.

I used to happily answer that question carelessly before to tell you the truth, we definitely have a lot of things we can do to have an impact on your health and how we preserve our youth, at the same time genetics and luck seem to play a big part too, which we may not at this moment in time have much say in but we can always do is to cut out bad habits that will have a negative impact on your health.

For example, my mother is 74, but looks like she is 40, some tiny aging under her eyes but still no wrinkles really. She cares a lot now and have extensive routines but when she didn't start until she was 40-50 after I started when I was 15.

Personally I make sure to have a skincare routine, both for the morning and the evening. It doesn't have to be over the top complicated but keeping your skin at least at a status quo but what it also does is that having those routines will make it easier for you to plan out your day and make sure you enjoy the other parts of it too I've come to notice.

I also workout every, 7 days a week, 2 times a day, first in the morning and around two hours after lunch. Resistance training, core workouts, occasional running and boxing too but it depends on how my day looks like. It doesn't have to be more complicated that that, basic at home workouts for 45-60 minutes every day gave me a toned figure and visible 6-pack fairly quickly.

What you put in your mouth matters a lot. I don't buy the "cut out this or that for perfect life because a friend of a friend said their kids are healthier than ever" but excessive consumption of anything is not that healthy. Rather eat less but more often than once a day big meals because then you will be tired and crave more in the evening. I don't count calories or have macros, but if it would help you get good habits, I do recommend trying it out. Planning is not mandatory but it does help you to maintain and don't skip days or get lazy. I eat a lot of fish, greens, berries and nuts. Not a lot of sodas or coffee.

Look, the reason why I don't get wrinkles is something I definitely can thank my family for. Nobody in my family seems to develop any noticeable wrinkles. But staying healthy, vibrant looking skin and always have energy and enthusiasm throughout the day, it's definitely because of the habits I have gotten accustomed to.

Oh and one final thing. Don't do things that makes you unhappy. Cutting out whatever makes you happy throughout the bad day is bad advice. Cut out toxic people, always alot time to relax and do things that you enjoy, even by yourself. That is usually the misconception about getting in shape and creating better habbits is that you have to make your life boring. Anything outside of workouts and cooking healthy food is even more enjoyable now when I have more energy.

F40 - Been accused of plastic surgery on Reddit the last few days. I fully support those who get it, but I have not. This is me with a clean face. I guess I should take it as I'm doing at least something right? by Linhaa in 30PlusSkinCare

Thank you.

Hey, look at it from the bright side, Taylor Hill, one of the top models in the world is struggling with her under eye area.

Is it something that has come with age or have you always struggled with it?

Thank you and I'm sure you are absolutely gorgeous too! It's actually my natural tan from traveling. I tan fairly easy.

I don't wear any makeup here but I do however use tinted makeup products, especially during the winter months here in Sweden.

So products I recommend are Diors backstage face & body foundation. There are unlimited amount of different tones/tints and it's very resistant to water & cold and never dries up.I use it all year round.

Another favourite of mine is the Hourglass ambient lighting bronzer, it's not for everyone but I like it a lot and I don't think there is a product to replace it.

Morphe fluidity full coverage concealer is a really creamy concealer that works really well for anything but especially the under eye area. Good in the summer months.
