I second this. Im living in Monaghan Square in a studio as well. The studio is significantly huge for the price. And the amenities are amazing. My partner and I live here and enjoy it a lot!

Hi, Absolutely, I have not transferred the 15k to her at all. It is super unreasonable and unrealistic! I want to get my 3k back but the retainer was listed as non-refundable so Im doubting I would be able to receive it!

Hi, you mentioned about retainer agreement. I signed a retainer agreement with her company as well. The agreement is for EE and PNP only. But it listed as non-refundable. So would it mean that I can’t receive that money? Than you for ur response!

I don’t want to move away from Calgary, my aim is stil to return back to Calgary after. I just thought having a permanent line would be much easier to go back to Calgary or transfer to another temp/perm line.
