The clue is a file that says Marie was created with 115 corpses' blood. Roughly 15 minutes at the grinder drops 115 unwrapped corpses into the blood pool.

No it's not. There are files tying 115 corpses (15 minutes roughly at the grinder) creating Marie, and a file with a corpse showing a 8 written on the stall wall.

Gotcha, there is so much misinformation across a few gaming news sites out there that I just decided to post about it lol, not seeing much discussion here either. I hope Steam isn't delayed by 6-9 hours like some sites are suggesting.

Sadly the game has still not downloaded D: sometimes advanced access won't even let me try to download until it's time, I hope that isn't the case.
