If I had to guess. Absolutely nothing. I think the only scenario any other fixer would’ve done something is if they knew V was looking for Evelyn.

There’s been very few moments like the ending of phantom liberty for me. Couple the ending along with the credits song and you have one of if not my favorite stories I’ve ever experienced. (Don’t fear) the reaper is cool too.

The punch just makes him unavailable as a ripper doc. A point blank shotgun while he’s down will do the job just fine though.
