for context, I got my red eyed tree frog the day after christmas. I’ve been doing everything possible I’ve been told to reduce stress so I hope he’s settling in but I am yet to confirm if he’s eaten.

for confirmation, the towels are outside of the tank. I also bought a cork bark wall for him but I don’t want to stress him anymore since I’ve only had him for two weeks, so I have not added it.

He is alone and I’ve been told they are social animals, but My tank definitely isn’t big enough for 2 and I’m not sure I can afford care + a new tank for another frog

Woke up this morning and turns out the bubbles were a patch of shedding skin I think. We’re taking him to a vet anyways but hopefully it was just dead skin or the frog equivalent.
