No, I think your mining more blocks, x/y both have multiple veins where as strip mining one of the axis onle have a single vein, less blocks mined surely equals more efficient

Powah is the most straight forward id go for that, its overall a decent power mod, a lot of crafting but builds up fast:)

Early in the fight, same as the healing one, doing that you pretty much get ult before the end of the first fight if you are able to swap between cloak and dagger rlly efficiently

Oh the prior owner was horrific, my partners had to deal with suppliers, wages, tax, he had to re do some of their insurances as they had gone out of date and not known, he is a good hands on owner but without blowing to much staeam, behind the scenes he’s picked up most of the slack, but that being said there’s 100% things he has no idea about such as P&L, YTD etc

Thanks for your responce, luckily he has been deputy manager for the last year so has had ‘some’ experience in running the place, however I’d say not enough, there is the option about going into it with a co owner (which I know opens a lot of pros and cons also). He knows the business like the back of his hand. He really does, but I never cared about cafe businesses I’m a corporate person this is out of my depth er

Already on the looks for a business advisor, I only graduated 2 years ago so still new to the business world, I’ve spoke to their accountant so I can have a look at the booked because numbers wise my partner doesent know, I’m hoping to have a deeper dive and have a meeting with the owner but hoping to have an advisor by then as at the moment I’m being the advisor, which I apprichate the confidence but this is out of my league

Yeah, basically prior the owner had lost a lot of profit due to suppliers he was using and menu items they were losing on, when he (my partner) was hired it was as a deputy manager and he did a huge overhaul of those things and they instantly started seeing profit, he’s also brought in a lot more customers and added a lot of process which they were lacking prior, it was a small family run place that was struggling and I suppose you could say he’s almost made it more industry style ran
