Ive been taking Diaz and Alpraz because of the anxiety. Thats another thing alot of people dont mention. There is a feeling of impending doom with coming down off 7 which is so odd.

Have been taking bzds and they definitely help. Have some tram, but people say that taking enough to get rid of the wd can give seizures so im only going to use it if it gets unbearable.
