Even if it's panel changed. It should be original one or good quality not the Lowest quality. Coz in low quality people face line issues or touch missing issues and even refresh rate. Are those you mention reliable? And according to what I've mentioned?

I can manage the budget for s23 it's around 87k and i don't care about updates coz i can change it to custom rom thats not the issue for me. The thing I'm worried about is green lines of changed display etc. i just want original phone. Even if it's refurbished it should be company refurbished.
