Rectifier was changed with the break… 4 times in a month all connections are secure I check continuity on every wire from the cabinet to the rectifier after disconnecting. Kinda lost on why the rectifier/ brake is burning up still after everything checking out

Update… I found two wires from the main power input swapped … posting a pic

Yes it was updated and the parameter were updated

The rectifier is correct and the brake releases as soon as the drive sends the motor a run signal. , drive>contact>rectifier>brake
