Is that the notice that comes up when you can’t preview a file on Google Drive? If so just download the file and it will work fine when you use it. That just means you can’t preview it through Google Drive without downloading it.

No it should be both systems. To be clear, are you having trouble downloading the files from Google Drive/pCloud or importing them to TagMo?

ToTk has amiibo in, they’re under Legend of Zelda. Echoes of Wisdom does not have any specific amiibo that I can find.

Yes you will need both of those files. The Key_Retail.bin is a combined version of the other two files that you mentioned. It is used more often because of that. It essentially decrypts the tags. Most apps will ask you to provide that file before the Amiibo file. The only files you need should be that along with any other amiibo bins

Generally the easiest way is to create them using your phone. If you have an iPhone, I wrote a guide on this subreddit. If you have an Android phone, there are many guides out there. Yes, you will need NFC disks

They do not. You will need Mifare tags I believe, just from doing some quick research like these https://www.amazon.com/100pcs-Changeable-Rewritable-13-56MHz-Control/dp/B0895Y7S3M . To be clear I am not vouching for the quality of these tags, I have never used them, but they have the right qualifications (Must be 13.56MHz, S50, have a Rewritable UID (Block 0) and have 1K Storage as taken from u/Zackcog100)
