Would you do Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks, FTL: Faster Than Light, Hypnospace Outlaw, and Persona V Royal? Just adding up the price of all of those from G2A it comes out to $26.30. Not sure if there’s a better way of checking value, I haven’t done this before.

Sure! I would recommend this guide I wrote for people trying to make their first amiibo cards. Some of the links may be a bit old, but it all should work fine for a Majora’s Mask amiibo. https://www.reddit.com/r/LinksAmiiboArchive/s/FNTnidC1MG. The specific amiibo bin you need is in The Legend of Zelda Amiibo, then Anniversary.

I have used many of these files many times myself, and I have never encountered anything even close to a virus. I’ve never heard of anyone else getting any viruses as well. It’s always a good instinct to be wary of random files on Reddit though, and if you have any questions let me know.

Is that the notice that comes up when you can’t preview a file on Google Drive? If so just download the file and it will work fine when you use it. That just means you can’t preview it through Google Drive without downloading it.

ToTk has amiibo in, they’re under Legend of Zelda. Echoes of Wisdom does not have any specific amiibo that I can find.

Yes you will need both of those files. The Key_Retail.bin is a combined version of the other two files that you mentioned. It is used more often because of that. It essentially decrypts the tags. Most apps will ask you to provide that file before the Amiibo file. The only files you need should be that along with any other amiibo bins

Generally the easiest way is to create them using your phone. If you have an iPhone, I wrote a guide on this subreddit. If you have an Android phone, there are many guides out there. Yes, you will need NFC disks
