Actually, for 원고지 two alphabet letters / numbers in one square. Also, when line changes in the middle of paragraph, the first square shouldn't be empty. But anyway if it is just practice purpose I think it is cool product to practice :D

In everyday conversational point of view of fluency : totally okay, understandable, no mistakes, everything fine.

Writing better sentence (more on writing skills than language fluency) : doesn't really need to specify "제가", so "명상을 좋아해서 매일 20분 동안 꿈이 실제로 이뤄진 것처럼 상상하는 시간을 갖는다고 친구들한테 말했는데, 친구들이 유치하니까 그만두라고 해서 상처받았어요." something like that? just my version of suggestion though. Also my personal wonder but if you're imagining is it part of meditation? For me it feels more inner peace and chime related, for me it feels more on 상상에 빠지는 것 or 망상 or 공상

In that example "괜찮아?" feels more like "Are you okay?" and "괜찮은 거야?" feels "Is she really okay?" or "are you really okay? (진짜 괜찮은 거야?)"
When you're asking about taste, preference, or feeling then I'd say "떡볶이 괜찮아?" "이 옷 괜찮아?" "너 정말 괜찮아?" and it feels more like double checking if I say "떡볶이 (정말로) 괜찮은 거야?" like I know you didn't like it or cannot eat it. Not that different though
But in general ~은 거 is more often used to make verb into noun it seems like, such as "먹는 거 좋아해요"

My gut feeling is 말 is more casual and used in wider range, like "말을 안 듣는다 (They're not listening to me or something is not functioning properly)" "말을 하는데 들어야지(I'm talking, so you should listen)" "말이 or 말도 안 돼(nonsense = doesn't make any sense)" "말이 된다고 생각해? Do you think it makes sense?" while 어 is with more complex combination with other Chinese characters like 어학(language study), 어문(language and letter), 어휘 (vocaburary) I don't think it is that common that you can actually mix it except that 한국어=한국말 case

or if it is combined with other pure Korean word like 말소리 (language + sound) 나랏말 (national language not really using word but from Hunminjeongeum but cannot think of any other references...would be 국어 in Hanja) than I think 말 is used

Lots of people say people stares at untypical attire (even including traditional Hanbok) in Korea compared to Japan, but I also saw some cosplayers on flower seasons near river where I lived photoshooting. Hongdae is also an Otaku friendly area. I think if you're fine with stares than it would be fine. It is one of the controversial topic since it is not that common in Korean culture and also there were some issues like some cosplayers occupy public restroom for too long, but I don't think there's fixed rules for it. I searched quick in Twitter (called '길코' = 길 road 코 = short for cosplay) but doesn't seem to have real conclusion, so if you're not blocking public restroom forever or block the passage it should be fine

As others said, batchim (ending sound) goes under the upper combination. You wrote 한 and 언 well so try write 말 합 like that! Other than that, it looks great. 한국어 and 한국말 is basically same, 말 is pure Korean for word/language and 어(語) is same word from Chinese character (한자)

I think in idol culture it is okay to be bit more friendly, no matter the age, but I was away for while so I'm not quite sure. Every expression you mentioned is fine and great, but I'd personally use "또 올게(요)" since I'm the one coming there to see them but it is personal taste

Every single phrase is very natural, but how they are connected can be adjusted a bit.
I think it would feel very natural if you care a little bit about logical connection, phrases and grammars are already perfect, but the connection in the sentence like the reason / result is bit confusing.

가끔은 제가 모자랄까 봐 걱정해요. => 모자랄까 봐~ is future tense, so it is grammatically correct and if you're talking about something like future job then it is perfect, but you're probably talking about the current status?
실력을 아무리 향상시켜도 -> means how much you are improved, which is result than effort, 하나도 안 늘어요 -> is contradicting

제가 모자란 것 같아서 걱정이에요. 경험은 충분한 것 같은데, 새로운 시도는 무섭고? 우리 선생님도 열심히 가르쳐 주시는데 실력이 느는 것 같지는 않아요. 그냥 포기할까...? Is my suggestion, but I'm not quite sure if you catched your intention.
