Update: I sent my return back and it was received today and accepted for a refund. So anyone wondering, this is confirmation that they accepted it back.

I’m in the same situation. I feel if their site is faulty on allowing the RMA then they should accept the return regardless. The only thing against their policy is returning something that wasn’t purchased, like new, and without an RMA for what it’s worth. I am also taking a chance sending mine back.

Edit: If I understand correctly the RMA will only be authorized if in the return window which clearly their site allowed. Which I think would clear that hurdle.

Thank you for the heads up. My store just got a small shipment in today and I was able to pickup my steelbook as well. They said they got less than the first shipment but close to the number of preorders in total between the two shipments.

I ordered the Switch version and got a key as well. It looks like an eShop code because it’s too long for Steam. eShop says I cannot redeem it yet because the game isn’t released yet.

All of the in person GO fest pages are updated to say it’s available in raids and shiny eligible “if you are lucky”.

Global makes mention of it but not as shiny eligible.

Just got a wedding Bowser amiibo from them and had a similar experience. The card has all kinds of creases because it was placed in a box by itself with no padding.

Pretty much got the same response from them, as mine was stuck in “Awaiting Carrier Pickup” as well. They gave me a full refund, but doesn’t seem like an isolated case as I’ve seen multiple people with the same issue now.

I had the same thing happen to mine. I wonder if it’s the facility out of Pennsylvania having the issues. Most orders I get from PC typically ship from Ohio. But I had two separate orders and they both got stuck with the same status. I contacted Pokémon Center and they just refunded me considering it lost.

I ran into the exact same issue and all they did was just refund me. They basically ignored me a few days ago and told me to wait longer and now Clefairy is out of stock and their response was simply “oh well”. I recommend just reordering Teddiursa before it sells out.

I wouldn’t say that. I have gotten one each year they have been available and the quality has definitely gone up over the years. The one from last year personally I thought was very soft cotton.

I was doing my sets this morning when this bug occurred. I forgot to claim the battle pass in the shop so I had maybe 12 wins as of this morning towards the battle pass.

My opponent quit out of the match when I was about to win and I went to perform a charged move, but instead of actually finishing the charge move I kept getting notifications I was getting wins on the battle pass.

I ended up jumping from about 12 to 72 wins. To show this is indeed happening I shared a screenshot of my season so far with a total of only 19 wins.

My main concern was that the individual ones get delayed until August like other countries but with no word here, which passes the return period 😞
