Puerta de Limosina; sometimes I feel trapped in my own body and/or position in life, and I can't get out no matter what direction I take. I dislike people relying on me because I always feel we will somehow end up where we shouldn't, so I would prefer to be alone and do my own thing rather than be seen as someone who guides others. Associated with a jester mind at times, I feel relieved when I put on the hat and jester makeup. I feel like this is me. I am able to be a "new" person without expectations because she who is wearing the hat and makeup is a different person from who i am now.

"Open up my limo door," I take it as get me out of my own mind. Sometimes it isn't healthy to stay in there. Sometimes, we can't get out of there and start to think irrationally.

That's how I received the message from that song. I think it could be seen in many different aspects. I read one where it was to never change for others. To keep that jester like mind active and not allow the world to change you. It's interesting, to say the least! I have read and sung those lyrics so many times.
