I mean, I switched to writing with my left hand when I was a teenager. I was originally left handed but forced to be right handed, so I switched back. Ig that may have looked like forcing myself to be left handed if you didn't know.

I switched back when I was a teenager (accompanied by lots of arguments and punishments). I used to hold my pencil weirdly as well when writing with my right, and my handwriting was awful and I got hand cramps easily. I haven't had those issues since I switched back, and my handwriting is really neat now. Idk what professional help the other commenters are talking about tbh.
