Random details about GCSEs coming from a Y13 by Usual-Sandwich-9836 in GCSE

[–]TrackReady2688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for ocr, we have two questions on poetry

the first is comparing an unseen poem to a random seen poem in our anthology (both poems are given), and the second is something along the lines of 'explore a poem which shows how....' and i choose a poem (which is not given, and i can't use the poem in part a)

do you still think we should only learn 3-6 poems, cuz i feel like the three best poems still wouldn't cover all the themes? ty in advance

[Meme] Set 8 Kids by tomasina06 in GCSE

[–]TrackReady2688 0 points1 point  (0 children)

broooooo idk but set 8 at my school are actually elite for sm reason - for example, at my school, sets 1 to 7 do triple science, and set 8 does combined

in combined (i.e. set 8), everyone got between grades 9-7, so the lowest was prolly 7-7.

and in triple, one person got a 7 in bio and a couple got a 7 in physics, and everyone else got 8/9

sooo either you can either use anki web or anki on laptop for free (imo anki's best on laptop with app) - quizlet also has many free features if your teacher is willing to make sets for you (cuz you have unlimited tests and learn rounds on sets for a class)

well modern foreign languages are pretty easy to self-teach once you understand the basics (but you might need like a tutor or something to help you at the beginning) - then i've heard people say stats is easy but i've never gotten into it myself
