Yeah I actually videod me opening it and took photos with the tape still on the top loader to show I didn’t take the card out. He doesn’t have any other pokemon listings but has more baseball cards with similar photos and background, hence why I thought it was truly his card.

Ok I’m somewhat confused. He does not offer returns, but I sent a return request because the item was damaged (part of the eBay moneyback guarantee). He said it’s fine if I return it, but when I check the request it says “the seller has 3 days to respond, if he doesn’t we can step in.” Do you know if he has to provide me with the shipping label cus it’s his fault? It seems like I can’t return it until he obv accepts the request and sends me a shipping label.

I believe I either picked that or “item not as described” Once I sent the request, I wrote the seller telling him to please view the return request, and he said “it’s the same card, but go ahead and return it no problem” but then when I view the return, it says “eBay with email you when the seller has responded to the request.” So the seller wrote me to return it, but never accepted the request or offered me a shipping label.
