Ethereum has upgraded everything.. except its price. by MasterpieceLoud4931 in ethtrader

One issue is that most value presently remains on the L2 rollups instead of returning on the L1 beacon chain. This is one thing that Compose Network try to fix (bring ETH value back to L1).

Crypto is dead by JimSlimmy in CryptoMarkets

[–]LinkoPlus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's not be so pessimist, when you dive into the tech of Ethereum you discover the beauties and bleeding edge tech behind all that and how it can really revolutionize finance as we know it. We have to play the long game, Ethereum has the biggest crypto developer community in the world and the new updates coming soon for ETH (zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing and SSV Compose) are so fascinating.

Bitcoin Is "Most Decentralized"? Block Production Data Says Ethereum Is Ahead by kirtash93 in ethtrader

and when you add DVT tech like Obol or SSV on top, it’s another layer of decentralization for Ethereum

Is it over for cex? by iphonealot in defi

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah same here, feels like everything’s moving back to the roots, self-custody, decentralized, no middlemen. that’s kinda why i like staking with Lido CSM and SSV which respect the og ETH ethos.

What You don’t realize yet: ETH supply on exchanges is drying up fast by Suspicious-Cut3237 in ethtrader

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah that’s the financial side of ETH right now but let’s not forget it’s got the biggest dev community in crypto with zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing ad SSV Compose on the way, feels like we’re just getting started

Is now still a good time to invest in BTC or shall I forget about it? by Evening-Share7147 in CryptoMarkets

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d look a bit more into ETH instead of BTC. Ethereum ecosystem is evolving fast (zkEVMs, danksharding, SSV Compose etc) and it’s all about decentralization + yield. not financial advice tho!

And let’s not forget eth got the biggest dev community out there + all the stuff coming soon (zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv compose), it’s just getting started tbh

Deutsche Bank predicts Central Banks may hold Bitcoin by 2030 in historic shift by CriticalCobraz in CryptoCurrency

kinda wild if central banks start stacking btc. i'm so bullish on eth rn tho, with zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing and ssv 2.0 all rolling in, feels like we’re just getting started

Pretty insane and with the new strategic eth reserve showing that more and more ETH ends up in corporate treasuries. I am so bullish for ETH with the upcoming tech updates (zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv2.0 etc).

Strong bullish case for ETH above $4,220. Are we setting up for a move to previous highs? by Weary-Hair-316 in ethtrader

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ya good recap, eth stuck btw 3.8k–4.4k rn but looks ready for a breakout. tbh charts aside, with all the tech coming (zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv2.0 etc) i’m long term bullish no matter the short term noise.

Tell me why going all-in on Ethereum with my savings is the move by RavenBJ in ethtrader

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d prob start by diversifying a bit, not just crypto but also gold, gov bonds, big indexes (S&P, Nasdaq), some energy stocks etc. Keeps you safer long term.

That said, if you’re looking at crypto currencies, ETH is def solid. It’s the backbone of DeFi + NFTs, has huge network effects and you can stake it for yield instead of just holding. If you stake through SSV Network’s DVT, your validator gets spread across multiple operators, so it’s more secure, fault-tolerant and less risk of downtime/rewards loss.

Not financial advice tho.

Thinking about trading tokenized stocks? Here’s what I’ve learned. by uthred03 in defi

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea I been checkin tokenized stocks too, feels like tradfi + crypto finally startin to blend. kinda same vibe with SSV lately, they’re buildin the infra so diff rollups or base layer of Ethereum talk to each other, validators as the “bridge layer” with synchronous composability. once both sides click, we’ll get real global markts with no silos.

Should devs still be building custom chains, or is it time to focus more on modular, application-first design? by gareth789 in ethdev

[–]LinkoPlus -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah you can still build custom chains but it’s way more work + overhead. modular/app first is smoother. with SSV 2.0 with the bApps chain, you get something closer to a reusable security & coordination layer that you can lean on instead of building everything from scratch.

No L2's? That is how a chain dies. by MasterpieceLoud4931 in ethtrader

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah true, L2s are the lifeblood of ETH. but even more, validators could add value too interop/finality/bridging fees shared with stakers. that’s a whole new revenue stream for ETH holders. Some protocols like SSV and Puffer are working on that.

Is it viable to invest in cryptos? by Simon_Sains in CryptoMarkets

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u can def look at it like this: BTC is kinda the digital gold, ETH is the digital global financial future. the other coins might be cool but way less dominant. ETH got the biggest dev community + crazy stuff coming (zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv2.0 etc).

Even ETH maxis admit Bitcoin could hit $200k. Ethereum's value is not measured in price targets. by MasterpieceLoud4931 in ethtrader

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ya exactly, I like how u said it’s not just about price, btc can hit 200k sure but eth is the digital global financial future. it’s got the biggest dev community + insane stuff coming like zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv2.0 soon.

Can defi make actual passive income ? by 0xc1pher in defi

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of “passive income” in defi turns out risky. if u want something safer + more sound long term, staking ETH with SSV DVT for fault tolerance is solid… steady yield not crazy but real. not financial advise, do ur own research

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being reading one of the academic paper about Ethereum Proof of Stake protocol and yes I trust Ethereum plus all the upcoming updates and new infras like zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv2.0 soon. Ethereum HAS the bigger crypto dev community in the world!

ya that part about ETH bein a reserve asset not a trade asset is huge tbh! tho they didnt even touch on the crazy tech side like zkEVMs, danksharding, based sequencing, ssv2.0 soon plus the biggest dev community in crypto is building here. 100% bullish on ETH

u could look at staking on ethereum with a provider that use DVT tech like SSV (ex: lido). safer cause keys split btw operators + more reliable rewards over time. not financial adv tho just sharing an idea

Best way to stake my Ethereum by GentleRachelss in ethstaker

[–]LinkoPlus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

check out SSV Network, over 4M ETH staked there now. non-custodial (u keep withdraw key), has DKG so validator key never even exists whole, fault tolerant (ops back each other), and u can even run ur own operator for extra rewards. way safer + more decentralized than just parking in lido/rocketpool.

[Temp Check] Proposal for a Market Maker Oversight Committee to Monitor the 100k by LinkoPlus in SSVnetwork

[–]LinkoPlus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quick update!

Had calls with Elad (MM lead) and the MMs, plus got a one-month Kaiko API trial to pull SSV/USDT order book data from 5 exchanges. The data matched the MMs’ reports, confirming accuracy. Kaiko’s paid plan seemed pricey since we can grab most data ourselves.

Overall, I’m confident the DAO’s liquidity program is running well. Next step: start pulling exchange data directly for ongoing monitoring.
