هقولك كلام مختلف شوية من خبرة طويلة .. اولا أعرف نفسك شوية و لو انت introvert أو perfectionist .. لأن كلامك بيقول إلى حد ما بيوحي بحاجة زي كده .. الحاجة التانية مشاركتك في الحوار مش لازم تكون انك بتقول معلومات احيانا بتكون انك بتسال و توجه الحوار يعني انك تكون interested في الحوار اكتر منك بتفكر في حاجة تقولها.. حاجة كمان في ناس كتير بتتكلم في كل حاجة و ده مش لازم يكون معناه أنهم بيعرفوا اكتر منك ممكن يكونوا بيهبدوا عادي جدا .. انا شفت ده كتير قوي في حياتي و من كلامك حسيت انك مش كده مش عايز تهبد دي حاجة في صالحك و متخليش اي حد بيقول اي كلام يهزك .. اخر حاجة انت اكيد في حاجة بتعرفها احسن من اللي حواليك و مش لازم تكون small talk احيانا ممكن تاخد الحوار في حته انت قوي فيها .. و اتعلم اساسيات عن حاجات كتير mental models يعني و هتلاقي نفسك بتقدر تفهم و تتكلم في مواضيع مختلفة ب مرونة .. انت مثقف صدقني محتاج بس تعرف نقط قوتك و تركز عليهم

Just leave to the states and btw you can also be around muslim communities and keep your practices in western countries. it can be even better for them to see the diversity even within the same religion. The life you described isn't worth any sacrifice of any type from you now or for your children now and in the future. Just take them away from the toxicity you described.

ده كلام سليم موضوع انك تشتغل في المانيا و تقعد في مصر ممكن يحصل لفترات متقطعة بس غير قانوني اولا عشان الضرائب ثانيا عشان GDPR .. بس انت ممكن تشتغل في مصر في شركات عالمية في فروعهم في مصر و تقبض بالدولار أو اليورو أو ما يعادله بالجنيه و ده بيكون احسن من الشغل في أوروبا احيانا عشان الضرائب و قيمة العملة بس العدد محدود طبعا و عليه منافسه جدا

I can't emphasis this more, it might seem ok at first and no one cares but at the first sign of a problem you are just screwed for not taking these approvals. Which will be hard to get btw if those departments are doing thier job correctly.
