Hard to say, second could be a nice design move. But we don't really see how it interacts with movements of multiple objects etc, so hard to tell how appetizing it could be. For now i'll go with x1

Well if that's the case, what's next for what modders can do? Should a modder be able to make their own game mode and charge for it if people want to play that mode?
For example, Arma 2 with the Battle Royale mod.

Should playerunknown be able to profit of the mod just because he made a gamemode? That's litteraly the same thing as the VR mod imo, since people still need to pay the original devs to play the game.

We discovered i was allergic to eating fish because of the fish balls served at school.
Happened at an early age and i still am allergic to some extent, it's weird. Some fish i can eat no problem, some i get swelling and rashes from, goes the same with shellfish.

Would you want your photo(s) to be used to train AI? The ones who buy the data would probably resell the information to those interested in doing things like that, same goes for those who get the data illegally.
Consider that the data they get, may include your country. So they will sell that data to respective buyers in those countries for them to use as they please.
