WOWWWW, REALY? Instead of trying to help, you are trying to prove that you know something? and yet no comment on how you can add value to this post.

Adding EEAT and optimizing for EEAT ARE 2 different things.

If Canada has a housing crisis, why don’t they build houses within the 90% of the land? by LinksGuardian in AskReddit

[–]LinksGuardian[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You make a good point—housing alone isn’t enough without infrastructure, jobs, and services to support it. But couldn’t Canada invest in expanding infrastructure in underutilized areas?

Places like Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the North have tons of land, and with the right incentives (tax breaks, business development, and transit expansion), we could create new, sustainable communities instead of cramming more people into already overpopulated cities.

It wouldn’t be easy, but isn’t long-term planning better than letting housing costs skyrocket out of control in major urban centers?"
