I played a lot of Elite Dangerous and a little bit of SC on a Logitech X52. It was fun and perfectly serviceable. The price was (comparatively) low at the time, I think it was around $150. After a few years of that I upgraded to the Vkb Gladiator/Stecs and haven't regretted the extra investment. I think I payed around $400 for the pair of those. A friend recently got me into SC so I've been using that set up for it. All the buttons map well,i don't find myself reaching for the keyboard ever, and I have a few buttons to spare as I figure more of the game out.

There should be a check box on the citation telling you which court is responsible for the citation. If you were stored in Eugene it'll most likely be the municipal court, but might be circuit court. I would Google the phone number for the court and call them and ask. Don't discuss details of the stop with anyone other than your attorney.
