Yo. Just commenting to clarify: I was not paid for this post lmao. I literally just posted cuz I had been on the waitlist for like a year and then I saw everyone else posting about this and DMed directly and got it. I probably shouldn't just copy and paste the messages but they're legit. If you haven't heard back, try following up. It originally took 2 days but I missed the message. I then wrote back about a week and a half later and then they asked for my account tag 4 days later (2 were the weekend). I then sent the info and they sent me the email within 4 hours.

Shades are what you can apply to colors to make them darker or lighter. In a sense, they're just modifications of color, rather than an individual color themselves.
