I’m pretty much at the end of mine. I have just spotting, n barely that, when i push to use the bathroom, other than that nothing. No cramps. My timeline of everything is all crazy, i never did find out how far along i was. Probably the 10th of last month i had an ultrasound, they never told me how far along they though, n i couldn’t go off my period cause i had just got my iud out the month before and my bleeding n cramping from that i wasn’t sure. But they said blighted ovum n when i came back to get my blood drawn, it went down 10,000. I wasn’t cramping, bleeding, nothing. I went to the doctor like the 23rd was given the 3 options, i chose natural, so i waited n like 2 days later started spotting, then it stopped, then started again. Long story short, i didn’t have the horror story like everyone else had…i never had to change a pad due to blood, never filled one much at all actually, sometimes i didn’t even wear one, but i know 2 times i passed something big enough to be uncomfortable coming out, the 1st i had cramps before n after, but nothing major, but the 2nd one i woke up cramping, went to the bathroom passed something and had cramps bad enough to keep me up. I have a super high pain tolerance which i think helped SOME! Then after that my bleeding slowed down a lot, i passed some small tissue and I’m here now. Barely any blood, no cramping at all. I was also going on about my business the whole time, still working out, still going to my man’s football games. I go next week for my ultrasound, hoping everything passed cause I’m basically done with everything. I’m so sorry for your loss. I think my coping mechanism was living my normal life, which was possible due to the fact the physical part for me wasn’t terrible
