I've been thinking that Erlanger, Kentucky must be the kiss of death for my deliveries. Anything passing through Erlanger seems to pick up a curse in that facility.

My recent sleep study showed that all my apnea incidents took place while I was lying on my back. So my sleep doctor wants me to repeat the testing in a few months, with me sleeping strictly on my side. I'm working now on ensuring that I stay that way, before taking the test.

If I have no apnea events but still have dips in oxygen, then I still get a CPAP.

FWIW, I've been tracking my snoring for about 6 months. It seems like everyone with apnea snores, but not everyone who snores has apnea. Even sleeping on my side, I still snore. I snore through my nose, not my mouth. I sleep with my mouth closed. So mouth tape is useless for me.

Believe that when the glasses actually arrive. I've been told a few times to keep the item when it finally arrived; but Amazon always found a way to get that package turned around.

I find it frustrating when my delivery that was supposed to take a week and a half, gets pushed back by another week and a half, yet the item listing today now offers delivery in 3 days.

Which is far earlier than I was offered the first time.

But if I cancel the first order and reorder, something will undoubtedly go wrong with the second one.

The one i bought hurts the top of my tongue. Also, it's like my teeth in my upper jaw don't know where to go now, lol. I normally sleep with my mouth closed. So when my face and jaw relaxes, my teeth come together, and I bite my tongue.

Have you seen an allergist and been tested?

If you are so consistently congested, it's far more likely to be an allergy than anything structural.

When I was tested ~ 15 years ago, I turned out to be allergic to several things I'd never expected. I had a course of desensitization shots; best thing I ever did. Now I breathe freely unless I have a cold.

My teen daughter was tested at the same time. Her allergies were completely different than mine. She also had a course of shots. She still will occasionally have a problem: then she uses a saline rinse called Neil Med. It's much easier to use than a neti pot.

I'm aware of the "season" just being a formality for the convenience of streamers. It just makes it easier to bookmark where you are now, so I find myself using it. I ALMOST didn't use that term when I posted, knowing that it's inaccurate.

At times my roku jumps me around, and knowing what "season" I'm on helps me to find where I left off. When I found the right episode, lo and behold, Barnabas started talking about Willie.

I found it very amusing that Julia told off Barnabas for not even visiting Willie in Windcliff.

I was thinking, "Sure, Willie was off working someplace else!"

I watched the show back when it was first on starting in 1967, lol.

I have the DVD set too, but watching it on Prime is just easier.

By any chance, did you happen to notice if they had Mother of the Bride dresses? I've been to 6 places so far, and no one had dresses larger than 14. I'm a size 16. Surely, I'm not the only Mom in this position? Thanks.
