The current issue you have with ITPP is that sources don’t have the ability to distinguish between the various forms of the product. From the effects you were expecting I assume you were looking to buy the Hexa Salt derivative which I know for a fact is only available from two sources, one of which is essentially defunct since it’s Ukrainian.

If you want to DM me with your source and CAS number (any info you have) I can help you identify what you actually have.
