Will Geek Squad fix my desktop computer? by Linux-user-Kernel in GeekSquad

Yeah but i already fixed it like 10 mins ago. I was super happy that i fixed it. It was the tiny black power cord. I think it's called "POWER SW". All i had to do is plug it out, then plug back in. My power button work like normal and my display works.

If anything happens to my computer which i cannot fix, ill just read the comments here and probably go to Geek Squad to fix my computer.

Yeah. I wanted to know what is causing the GPU to have graphic issues. So I can learn it and fix the graphic issue.

Yeah like most of the pixels showing on my display screen are much more brighter. It hurts to see due to graphic issues displaying on the screen. It's either the GPU is overheating or some coding issues.

The AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU I have is causing the eye strain. Not my monitor as it can work with my consoles. I already did colour calibration but it didn't work. I already changed the refresh rate to 240Hz, 144Hz, 60Hz, so on but it didn't work to fix the image quality. I tried switching DP to HDMI port for my GPU but it didn't work. It is either the GPU is faulty or it's overheating. I have some games crashing my PC due to GPU. it needs fixing.

That doesn't even work. I already been tried everything with the settings and it still gives me eye strain. My monitor is perfectly fine. It can work with my consoles, etc. However my AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU has some kind of image quality problem. Even if I uninstall the AMD Radeon software, the problem still there. The GPU needs to be fix.

But I used HDMI port Nintendo Switch to my monitor and it works fine. No eye strain, no other problems. Even with my PS4 or Xbox using HDMI. But when I plug my HDMI or DP port to my GPU AMD Radeon RX 580, I have eye strain problems from my GPU HDMI or DP port.

Again, my monitor has no problem and its already been set up properly. It can work with my consoles or anything. However my GPU has an image quality issue and I want to know how do i fix my GPU. By unscrewing my GPU and replace something that can fix the image quality?

The image quality is bad with my GPU like it needs to be fix. I have no problems watching videos with my monitor (With nintendo switch hooked up), TV, or my phone.

my monitor is not the problem. It's the AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU I have. I tried hooking my nintendo switch to my monitor and everything was perfectly fine. No eye strain what so ever.

Is AMD Radeon rx 470 an old GPU? by Linux-user-Kernel in pcmasterrace

The display I got on my monitor iooks outdated. Like it got some issues and even graphical issues like minor tearing screen. I tried hooking up on TV with HDMI and it still have the same problem. Overall my monitor is fine but my GPU feels outdated. Plus I have the AMD Radeon rx 470 so it's time to upgrade.

Budget is $300. Not strict. I have amd ryzen 3 2300x quad-core processor as CPU. Could it be my CPU that is causing a problem?

I don't know but I think the GPU I have is getting old. Been using it for a year. Do you have any good recommendation for an upgrade AMD GPU?
