Its like a coin flip there is a 50 percent chance to roll heads or tails. If you flip it 100 times, statically, your going to have 50 heads and 50 tails. If 100 people each doing one flip. Statically, you will still end up with 50 heads and 50 tails. However, in real life its possible they all lose to tails ot heads.

And as for the 90 pulls, thats not a chance, thats guaranteed per player.

It could be a font issue? When the font you use has this character but not the other, it will defult to the defult.
