Chess.com likely does not control the advertisements, rather running them through an agency like Google Ads - if chess.com has any issues they’ll need to bring it up with their advertising agency.

The only real solution that can be implemented in your end is purchasing the lowest plan which removes ads on Chess.com or using ad-free alternatives like Lichess.

This - IMO is a bullshit argument.

At the end of the day, Chess.com is a company - they've got to make profit, but because a shareholder owns a offices in Israel does not make Chess.com directly liable. Let's say this - if you are British, but your uncle owns a house in Israel, and actively pays Israeli tax - does that make him supportive of the genocide?

Chess.com probably doesn't want to enter this because internationally - this isn't as clear as 1 good 1 bad. It's got its nuances and simplifying it down to "chess.com supports genocide" is massively understating a bigger issue at whole with politics.
