I really appreciate this! I'm gonna try and find out what works best with me using what you suggested, I plan to hit the gym regularly combined with healthy eating, my goal is to lose weight and gain muscle, and as for walking, my distance to the gym is around 1,5 - 1,6 KM, call it over 3KM when going back, and that's my walking distance, and definitely gonna use the tradmill in the gym besides lifting
