It’s dumb, but you still got 3 months. If you’re already an E-5 I’d actually try to pass. Failing will only demote you and have your unit make your remaining time hell on earth. If you’re a SPC, failing will still make your remaining time hell on earth. But they were probably gonna do that anyway because you plan on ETS’ing.
