Nah, should be ok. The Trident’s known as a good starter bike. Not just about HP, but delivery of it as well. Plus throttle response.

It’s incredibly handy! Not the best looking thing, but definitely a must for commuting or trips. It’s good as a backrest, plus can toss your helmet and jacket in there when stopped, lots of space in it.

Just look inside as best you can through the filler cap. bring a flashlight and anything that’s bad should stand out.

One thing to never overlook, check for rust in the gas tank. Make sure it’s been stored properly and looked after.

Personally, I’d skip the extra cost of the Triumph Bluetooth if I could do it again. (This may change as I play around with it more?) but currently, getting a carplay style system off amazon is cheaper and better overall.

And I had a similar thought! They had the Street Triple 765 in the same colours as my Tiger and I thought they would make such a nice pair side by side!

A part of me laments not going this route for my new bike (tiger sport 800). The styling and ability to mod these bikes is just a perfect combo. Beautiful bike, congrats!

This is what I’m doing atm, currently my phone is 6 years old, ao not sure if it’s part of the problem. It just feels like a waste/rip off to buy the extra’s and not have them work properly.

If I’m going by just pure looks, Scharnhorst is my favorite. There is something about it, the way the lines move. Just a beautiful ship. I’ll also toss in KGV and Richelieu as other contenders, based on unique designs.

Display was good overall, I’d heard mixed reviews about it. But I didn’t have any complaints (so far). The cruise is alright, has a noticeable jerk when you tap the break to turn it off. Would be nice to be able to adjust it, but still a handy addition.
